I have always tuned my own skis, and I have nearly always owned my own skis. But when people come in from out of town, or when I need new gear or supplies, these are the places I use and feel comfortable recommending. If you have a problem at one of these places, let me know.

Summit County Ski Shops

• High Road and Trail Sports has two convenient Frisco locations to serve you. Owned by a true skiing family (they used to own Berthoud Pass Ski Area), they know what you need, and have the friendly service to match.
• AB Ski and Sport - Frisco is pretty centrally located in Summit County, and AB Ski & Sport is very easy to get to in Frisco. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a good selection of gear to meet your needs. They also offer discount lift tickets for Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Loveland and Ski Cooper.
